Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, shredded cucumber, lemon juice, fresh dill, garlic powder, and salt & pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add shredded chicken, red onion, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese. Gently fold together until well-coated.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning as necessary with more lemon juice, salt, or pepper.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
