- Add shredded chicken, red onion, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese. Gently fold together until well-coated.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning as necessary with more lemon juice, salt, or pepper.
- Cover with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- When ready to serve, give a gentle stir and garnish with additional crumbled feta, dill, or a drizzle of olive oil.
