  • 2 medium Roma tomatoes or cherry/vine-ripened tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup salsa chunky or mild as per choice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • to taste black pepper
For Optional Ingredients
  • 1 medium jalapeño adjust amount for spice level
  • 1 medium avocado serve on the side
  • 1 bag tortilla chips for dipping

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all your ingredients and chop the cooked shrimp into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Dice the red onion and cucumber, ensuring the cucumber is seeded, then add to a mixing bowl with the shrimp.
  3. Cut the Roma tomatoes and chop the cilantro, then combine all in the bowl.
  4. Add lime juice, salsa, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to combine all ingredients.
  5. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
