  • ¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
For the Shrimp
  • 1 lb Raw Shrimp, jumbo, 21-25 count, tails on and deveined

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high to high heat and clean the grates thoroughly using a grill brush. Lightly rub the grates with a paper towel soaked in oil.
  2. Mix Marinade: In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, granulated sugar, smoked paprika, kosher salt, and black pepper until combined.
  3. Marinate Shrimp: Add the raw shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Grill Shrimp: Place marinated shrimp on the grill in a single layer. Cook for about 3 minutes without moving, then flip and grill for an additional 2 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Serve: Remove shrimp from grill and let rest for a minute before serving with optional lemon wedges.
