Instructions for Chili Lime Roasted Cauliflower
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, fine sea salt, ancho chili powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Transfer the seasoned cauliflower to the baking sheet, arranging them in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 20 to 35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Once roasted, remove from oven and squeeze fresh lime juice over the cauliflower and sprinkle with scallions.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
