  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can use any neutral oil
For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Regular paprika can be used
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Fresh onion can be used
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can be substituted
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Ancho Chili Powder Any chili powder can be used
  • 1 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt Himalayan pink salt can be used
For the Garnish
  • 1 whole Lime or Lemon Wedges Can substitute lime with lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Scallion Chives can be used

Method
 

Instructions for Chili Lime Roasted Cauliflower
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, fine sea salt, ancho chili powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the seasoned cauliflower to the baking sheet, arranging them in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the oven for 20 to 35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Once roasted, remove from oven and squeeze fresh lime juice over the cauliflower and sprinkle with scallions.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
