  1. In a food processor, combine defrosted frozen peas, optional pea shoots, grated parmesan cheese, olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and half a garlic clove. Blend until a rough paste forms. Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper, then set aside.
  2. Preheat your broiler or grill to high heat. Drizzle olive oil over ciabatta slices and place under the broiler for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Gently rub the remaining garlic clove on the hot bread.
