Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by finely chopping the mushrooms and apple using a food processor until minced.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat, adding the mushroom and apple mixture along with diced onions. Sauté for 6-8 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
  3. Transfer the cooled mushroom mixture to a large bowl. Add cooked lentils, tamari, molasses, and almond flour. Mix until well-combined.
  4. Wet hands slightly and shape the mixture into 10 equal-sized patties, about half an inch thick.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place patties on the tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
