Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Stir in 1 cup of rolled oats and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. Fold in 1 cup of diced strawberries and 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips.
  3. Divide the mixture into two jars or bowls and cover tightly to lock in freshness.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 to 4 hours or ideally overnight.
  5. When ready to serve, top with extra strawberries and mini chocolate chips.
