Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar. Then add the eggs and vanilla.
  3. Mix in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder; add mini chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  5. Let the brownies cool for 30-45 minutes on a wire rack.
  6. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, butter, and vanilla over low heat until melted, then add the marshmallow fluff.
  7. Spread the marshmallow topping over brownies and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
  8. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set the topping, then slice into squares.
