Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse quinoa thoroughly under cold running water for at least 30 seconds.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed quinoa with broth and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinade steak for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Heat a skillet over high heat and sear marinated steak for 3-4 minutes per side. Let rest before slicing.
  5. Chop fresh vegetables for the bowl while the steak is resting.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, tahini, garlic, and honey. Season to taste.
  7. Assemble the bowl with quinoa as the base, topped with vegetables, sliced steak, and dressing.
