Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Open the package of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Place on the baking sheet with enough space between them.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Spoon the seafood filling onto the center of each biscuit and gently spread it without overfilling.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the tops are golden brown and puffed.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
- Serve warm, preferably with a tangy dipping sauce or fresh salad.
