  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Adjust based on desired smokiness.
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced; can use 1/2 tsp garlic powder as substitute.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Greek yogurt can be a lighter alternative.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated; nutritional yeast can be used for a dairy-free option.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.

Method
 

Grilling Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, between 375°F to 400°F.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Marinate for about 10 minutes.
  4. Grill chicken bites for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. For the sauce, sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
  6. Add heavy cream to the garlic, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Stir in grated Parmesan until melted.
  8. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  9. Serve the grilled chicken bites with the creamy garlic sauce drizzled over or tossed in.
