- Transfer mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan or shape freehand on a baking sheet into a compact loaf.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake shaped meatloaf for 45–55 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
