Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Start by washing and slicing two medium cucumbers into chunks. Blend until completely smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Set a fine mesh sieve over a large pitcher and pour the cucumber puree into it. Press down to extract all the liquid, yielding about 3 cups of cucumber juice.
  3. Squeeze 4-6 lemons to extract about 1 cup of lemon juice. Combine the lemon juice and 1/2 to 3/4 cup of granulated sugar in the pitcher with the cucumber juice.
  4. Pour in 4 cups of cold water, stirring well. Adjust sweetness or lemon juice to taste.
  5. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to meld flavors.
  6. Fill tall glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled lemonade over, garnishing with lemon slices, cucumber slices, and mint leaves.
