Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Grease individual bowls with non-stick spray and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Blend the cottage cheese, eggs, oats, banana, maple syrup, and baking soda until smooth.
  4. Adjust the batter's consistency by adding milk if it's too thick.
  5. Pour the batter into greased bowls, filling them two-thirds full.
  6. Sprinkle blueberries on top and gently press some into the batter.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  8. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
