Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, sugar, and salt. Stir until well mixed and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Slowly add in all-purpose flour, mixing until a loose ball forms. Ensure the dough is slightly sticky.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm spot for about 30-45 minutes until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and pour half of the melted butter into the pan.
  5. Gently punch down the dough and press it evenly onto the prepared sheet pan. Pour the remaining melted butter over the surface.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning over the dough. Let it proof for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  7. Slice the dough into sticks with a pizza cutter and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool on the pan for a few minutes, then serve warm with marinara sauce or as a side.
