Method
 

Preparation
  1. Allow 8 ounces of cream cheese to soften at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Spread evenly across the platter.
  2. Scoop red pepper jelly to drizzle over the cream cheese. Aim for approximately 1/2 to 1 cup depending on preference.
  3. Arrange an assortment of crackers and vegetable sticks around the platter for dipping.
Baking Phyllo Bites
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Fill mini phyllo shells with approximately 1 teaspoon of softened cream cheese using a spoon or piping bag.
  3. Top each filled shell with about 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper jelly.
  4. Bake for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  5. Garnish with fresh thyme or green onions before serving.
