Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by finely crushing the 4 Oreo cookies until they resemble small crumbs.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ½ cup of vanilla protein powder, ¼ cup of coconut flour, and 3 tablespoons of monk fruit sweetener.
  3. Fold in the reserved Oreo crumbs and 6 tablespoons of cream cheese into the dry mixture.
  4. Use your hands to scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Refrigerate the rolled protein balls for about 15 minutes.
  6. If desired, melt 3-4 tablespoons of white chocolate chips and drizzle over each ball after chilling.
