- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly distributed. Shape into patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Once shimmering, place patties in the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes, flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- While patties are cooking, rinse iceberg lettuce leaves and pat dry. Remove damaged leaves and set aside whole leaves.
- Assemble by taking a lettuce leaf, adding a patty, and layering toppings like tomato, onion, pickles, and cheese.
- Fold the sides of the lettuce leaf around the patty and toppings to create a wrap. Serve immediately.
