Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of all-purpose flour, ¼ cup granulated sugar, and 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast. Slowly pour in 1 cup of warm milk, ⅓ cup melted butter, and 1 beaten egg while mixing. Knead for about 10 minutes.
  2. Place the kneaded dough into a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm area for 1 hour.
  3. Prepare the filling by mixing 1 cup of chopped fresh strawberries, ¼ cup granulated sugar, and 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
