Preparation
  1. Allow the mascarpone cheese to sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes. Chill a large mixing bowl in the refrigerator. Gather ladyfingers and fresh strawberries.
  2. In the chilled bowl, mix the softened mascarpone cheese with sifted powdered sugar until smooth. Whip the heavy cream separately until soft peaks form, then fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  3. In a shallow dish, combine orange juice and half of the orange liqueur. Quickly dip each ladyfinger, then arrange them in a single layer at the bottom of your serving dish.
  4. Layer a generous amount of mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers, then add a layer of strawberry preserves followed by sliced fresh strawberries. Repeat layering.
  5. Drizzle remaining orange liqueur over the top layer of the dessert for added flavor. Ensure the presentation is inviting.
  6. Cover the assembled Strawberry Tiramisu with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
