Preparation
- Allow the mascarpone cheese to sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes. Chill a large mixing bowl in the refrigerator. Gather ladyfingers and fresh strawberries.
- In the chilled bowl, mix the softened mascarpone cheese with sifted powdered sugar until smooth. Whip the heavy cream separately until soft peaks form, then fold into the mascarpone mixture.
- In a shallow dish, combine orange juice and half of the orange liqueur. Quickly dip each ladyfinger, then arrange them in a single layer at the bottom of your serving dish.
- Layer a generous amount of mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers, then add a layer of strawberry preserves followed by sliced fresh strawberries. Repeat layering.
- Drizzle remaining orange liqueur over the top layer of the dessert for added flavor. Ensure the presentation is inviting.
- Cover the assembled Strawberry Tiramisu with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.

Notes
Allow the Strawberry Tiramisu to chill overnight for the best flavor development. Use ripe strawberries and ensure even layers for the best appearance.
