  • 20 cookies Crushed Chocolate Sandwich Cookies Other chocolate cookies can be substituted.
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted.
For the Filling
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Room temperature.
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Almond extract can be swapped.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Do not use milk.
For Texture
  • 5 cookies Additional Crushed Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
For Garnish
  • 10 cookies Mini Chocolate Sandwich Cookies For topping each dessert cup.

Method
 

Prepare Crust
  1. In a medium bowl, combine crushed chocolate sandwich cookies with melted butter until fully incorporated. Press mixture into dessert cups to create a solid crust base.
Mix Filling
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Gradually add heavy cream and vanilla, whipping until fluffy.
Add Texture
  1. Gently fold in additional crushed chocolate sandwich cookies into the fluffy filling.
Assemble Cups
  1. Fill each dessert cup with the fluffy filling using a piping bag until 3/4 full.
Garnish
  1. Top each filled cup with a mini chocolate sandwich cookie.
Chill
  1. Cover cups and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
