  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley For garnish.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Thaw the frozen puff pastry overnight in the refrigerator. Roll it out into a rectangle of about 10x12 inches on a floured surface.
  2. Spread 1.5 tablespoons of Dijon mustard evenly over the pastry, leaving a half-inch border around the edges.
  3. Layer 6 slices of deli ham over the mustard, slightly overlapping, and then sprinkle 1 cup of grated cheese on top.
  4. Roll the pastry tightly into a log, trim the ends, wrap in plastic, and chill for 20 minutes.
  5. Repeat the process with the second sheet of puff pastry and the remaining ingredients.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  7. Slice the log into half-inch thick pinwheels, place them cut-side up on baking sheets, and bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve warm with dipping sauce.
