Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, garlic powder, egg, and half of the ketchup. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in shredded cheddar cheese and chopped cooked bacon.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Spread remaining ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Slice into thick portions and serve warm.
