  • 8 oz Brie Cheese or camembert as a substitute
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce homemade or low-sugar store-bought
  • 1/2 cup Candied Pecans optional, can substitute with walnuts or omit
For Garnish
  • 4 sprigs Fresh Rosemary optional, can replace with thyme

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Unroll the thawed puff pastry and cut it into 12 equal squares.
  3. Press each puff pastry square into the greased muffin tin, covering the bottom and sides.
  4. Place a cube of brie into each pastry cup, then top with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  5. Sprinkle chopped candied pecans over the cranberry sauce if desired.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool for about 5 minutes and garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs before serving.
