Preparation Steps
  1. In a large pitcher, combine 4 cups of cold water with 4 green tea bags or the equivalent loose leaf green tea. Allow to steep for 5–7 minutes before removing the bags or straining out the loose leaf.
  2. Once the tea has cooled, add 2 ripe kiwis, sliced, to the pitcher. Mash gently with a muddler to release juices, then add fresh mint leaves.
  3. Incorporate 1-2 tablespoons of honey or your preferred sweetener, stirring gently to dissolve.
  4. Cover the pitcher and place it in the refrigerator to infuse for at least 6–8 hours, or even overnight.
  5. After the infusion period, strain the mixture to remove solid ingredients. Pour into glasses filled with ice cubes.
  6. Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint and a slice of kiwi on the rim before serving.
