Brew and Prepare
- Bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and steep black tea bags for about 10 minutes.
- Peel and dice ripe mango. In a separate saucepan, combine chopped mango with 2 cups of water. Boil, then simmer for 10 minutes, mashing into a puree.
Combine and Sweeten
- Strain mango mixture through a fine mesh sieve into the pitcher with brewed tea. Press down on the pulp to extract flavorful liquid.
- Add honey to the pitcher, stirring until dissolved. Adjust sweetness based on personal preference.
Cool and Serve
- Allow tea to cool at room temperature for 10 minutes. Fill tall glasses with ice and pour tea over, garnishing with mango slices if desired.

For stronger flavor, brew tea a bit stronger than usual. Try adding lime juice for a citrus twist!
