Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 2 large eggs, 1/3 cup of honey, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whisk until creamy and smooth.
  3. Sift in 1/2 cup of cocoa powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and a pinch of salt into the wet mixture, folding gently until just combined.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  5. Cool the brownies in the pan for 30 minutes before lifting them out using the parchment overhang and slicing into squares.
  6. Enjoy the brownies on their own or with vanilla frozen yogurt.
