- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Melt unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat, stir in minced garlic, and let simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
- Place tilapia fillets in the prepared baking dish, drizzle half of the garlic butter mixture over the fillets, and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake the tilapia for 15-20 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven and drizzle remaining garlic butter mixture over the tilapia. Garnish with parsley.
