  1. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of softened butter, 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of dried parsley. Mix well until a smooth paste is formed.
  2. Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place two slices of bread, butter-side down, onto a preheated skillet over medium heat. Add half of the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly.
  4. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up, to form two sandwiches.
