  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella Can substitute with cheddar or parmesan

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, peel and mash one ripe avocado until smooth and creamy. Add one egg and one cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Blend until fully combined.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form the avocado mixture into approximately 4 patties and place them on the baking sheet. Optionally sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning or salt. Bake for 20 minutes.
  3. For air fryer baking, preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Shape the mixture into 2-3 patties and place them in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 20 minutes.
  4. Let the avocado bread cool on a wire rack for a few minutes to solidify. Serve warm, toasted or with favorite toppings.
