- Wash the ripe pineapple under cool water, cut off the top and bottom, then slice off the skin and remove the eyes. Cut into 1-inch chunks.

- In a high-speed blender, combine the pineapple chunks, lemon juice, and ice. Blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
