Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the ripe pineapple under cool water, cut off the top and bottom, then slice off the skin and remove the eyes. Cut into 1-inch chunks.
  2. Squeeze the lemons in half and extract the juice using a citrus squeezer, discarding any seeds. Aim for about ½ cup of juice.
  3. In a high-speed blender, combine the pineapple chunks, lemon juice, and ice. Blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
  4. Taste the mixture and adjust if necessary by adding more pineapple or lemon juice. Blend for an additional 10-15 seconds if needed.
  5. Pour the lemonade into glasses, garnishing with extra pineapple chunks or lemon slices. Serve immediately.
