- In a medium mixing bowl, add 1 cup of oats and ½ cup of chocolate chips. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Measure ½ cup of peanut butter and ¼ cup of honey, then pour into the bowl with dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until sticky.
- Using a 1-tablespoon scoop, portion out the mixture and roll into small balls to form about 12 bites.
- Place the rolled bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- After chilling, your No-Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bites will be ready. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
