- In a large mixing bowl, combine ¼ cup of honey, ¼ cup of melted butter, and 1 cup of milk. Whisk until smooth and well incorporated.
- Gradually stir in 2 cups of rolled oats, 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and ½ teaspoon of salt. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Lightly flour a clean surface and turn the dough out onto it. Gently knead for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and slightly elastic.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Cover with a towel and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for approximately 35 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the loaf from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely for at least 30 minutes.
