  • 1 pound ground beef cooked and seasoned
  • 1 cup tomato sauce for topping
  • 1 cup cheese shredded (optional)

Preparation Instructions

  2. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the flesh to create a boat.

  4. Fill each zucchini half with the beef mixture.
