Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a food processor, add fresh basil leaves, arugula, pine nuts, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Blend while gradually drizzling in olive oil until smooth.
  2. Coat chicken breasts with olive oil, minced garlic, and herbs. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
