- Mash 1 to 2 overripe bananas in a medium mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add 1 cup of rolled oats, 1 cup of milk, ½ cup of Greek yogurt, and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to the bananas. Spoon in 3 tablespoons of Biscoff spread and mix everything together.
- Transfer to a mason jar, tightly pack, and swirl in remaining Biscoff spread. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- When ready to serve, stir in a splash of milk. Top with additional sliced bananas, crushed Biscoff cookies, or another drizzle of Biscoff spread.
