Baking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour the cake pans.
- In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla; mix for 2 minutes on medium speed.
- Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin).
- Pour batter into prepared pans.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes in the pans, then remove to wire racks to cool completely.
