  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions Optional
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Paprika Add to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a 12-inch skillet or pizza pan with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the thawed and dried hash browns with melted butter, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the hash brown mixture into the greased skillet, pressing it evenly into the bottom and up the sides to form a border.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and sprinkle cheese, sausage or bacon, bell pepper, and green onions on top.
  6. Using a spoon, create four shallow wells in the toppings and crack an egg into each.
  7. Season the eggs with paprika, salt, and pepper before returning the pizza to the oven.
  8. Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until egg whites are set but yolks remain slightly runny.
  9. Allow to cool for about 3 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
