Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Grind 1/2 cup of freeze-dried blueberries into a fine powder using a food processor or blender.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of rolled oats, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, and the blueberry powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce, 4 ounces of cream cheese, and 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and fold them together into a sticky dough.
  5. Carefully fold in 1/2 cup of thawed and drained frozen blueberries.
  6. If too dry, add milk one tablespoon at a time until a workable consistency is achieved.
  7. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
