- Preheat your oven to 320°F (160°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform mold by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- Combine graham crackers, melted butter, and maple syrup/honey in a food processor and blend until fine crumbs.

- Blend cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, eggs, cornstarch/flour, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.
