  2. Cut Zucchini: Wash zucchini thoroughly and cut into 3-inch fry-shaped pieces for even cooking.
  3. Coat Zucchini: Dip each fry in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and finally roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Lightly coat the basket with oil, arrange fries in a single layer, and spray with cooking oil. Cook for 9 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Serve: Remove fries from air fryer using tongs. Serve hot with a dipping sauce if desired.
