Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, blend 8 ounces of cream cheese, 1 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in 1 cup of cherry pie filling using a spatula, preserving swirls of cherry.
  3. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat, spoon approximately 2 tablespoons of filling, fold and roll tightly sealing with water.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Spray or brush tops of egg rolls with cooking spray, then cook in air fryer for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Cool for about 5 minutes, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
