- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut broccoli into small florets and chop stems. Steam stems for 1 minute, then add florets and steam for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain thoroughly.
- Chop steamed broccoli and transfer to mixing bowl. Add shredded cheese, eggs, almond meal, and minced garlic. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop the mixture using a heaped tablespoon and shape into small tots. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Optionally, spray tops of tots with cooking oil. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes. Serve warm with dipping sauces.

Store cooked tots in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Freeze uncooked tots for up to 3 months.
