- Start by washing your zucchinis thoroughly under cold water. Trim both ends and slice them into rounds approximately ¼-inch thick.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of onion powder, ½ teaspoon of paprika, and a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Add the prepared zucchini slices to the bowl with the seasoning mixture. Toss the zucchini generously until each slice is evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Carefully place the seasoned zucchini slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry the zucchini for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- If using, sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese over the slices just 2 minutes before the cooking time is complete.
- Once cooked, remove the basket from the air fryer and let the slices cool for a few minutes before serving.
