Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by washing your zucchinis thoroughly under cold water. Trim both ends and slice them into rounds approximately ¼-inch thick.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of onion powder, ½ teaspoon of paprika, and a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  3. Add the prepared zucchini slices to the bowl with the seasoning mixture. Toss the zucchini generously until each slice is evenly coated.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Carefully place the seasoned zucchini slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry the zucchini for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. If using, sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese over the slices just 2 minutes before the cooking time is complete.
  7. Once cooked, remove the basket from the air fryer and let the slices cool for a few minutes before serving.
