- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, half of the Alfredo sauce, and half of the mozzarella cheese until mixed.
- Spoon a generous portion of the chicken mixture at one end of a noodle and roll tightly, placing seam side down in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
- Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
