- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of well-mixed cottage cheese with 1 cup of flour. Blend until a shaggy dough forms, approximately 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead it gently for about 1-2 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and flatten each portion into a disc, aiming for about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Lightly grease the skillet.
