  2. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead it gently for about 1-2 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and flatten each portion into a disc, aiming for about 1/4 inch thickness.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Lightly grease the skillet.
  5. Place one rolled flatbread in the skillet. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
