- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

- Transfer mixture into the baking dish, pack evenly, and top with mozzarella cheese.

- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.

- Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with parsley if desired, then serve.
