Preparation Steps
  1. Gather ingredients, cut chicken thighs into smaller pieces, and add everything to the slow cooker.
  2. Pour in chicken stock, add soy sauce and brown sugar, stirring to combine.
  3. Incorporate one seasoning packet from the ramen noodles into the broth and mix well.
  4. Cover slow cooker and set to cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, add the ramen noodles to the broth.
  6. Ladle into bowls and add garnishes of choice.
