  • 1 cup Raw Nuts Almonds or cashews based on preference
  • 1/4 cup Protein Powder or Adaptogen Blend Optional for extra protein
  • 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut Rolled oats can be substituted
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt Optional but recommended

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine pitted Medjool dates, raw nuts, protein powder (if using), desiccated coconut, and sea salt in a food processor. Pulse for 1-2 minutes until finely chopped and clumping together.
  2. If the mixture is too dry, add a tablespoon of water and process for another 30 seconds until sticky and holds together.
  3. Roll small amounts of the mixture into bite-sized balls, aiming for 10 to 20 balls, depending on size.
  4. For extra flavor, roll each ball in desiccated coconut until fully coated.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 weeks or freeze for 3 months.
