  3. Gently fold in the water chestnuts and bacon pieces into the spinach mixture.
  4. Spread a quarter of the filling evenly across each tortilla, then roll tightly from one end to the other.
  5. Wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
